Hello. I have the Bticino 344082 installed in my apartment. It has a red-light indicator constantly red on the left turn regulator. Also quite frequently, but very sporadically it does beep. How should I handle it?

If the red light indicator on the Bticino 344082 is constantly on and the device beeps sporadically, it suggests that a function is currently active or the device is in an unintended mode. According to the manual:

1. Red LED Constantly On: This indicates that a function is active while the device is otherwise in an idle state.
2. Sporadic Beeping: This may be due to key press sounds being enabled or an active mode causing notifications.

### Recommended Actions:
- Check and Disable Active Function: Press the "Connection" key briefly to end any ongoing function. The red LED should turn off once the function is deactivated.
- Disable Beep Sound (if desired):
- To disable the key beep, follow the procedure outlined in the manual:
- Hold the key combination mentioned (likely represented as “>3s BEEP” in the context) for over 3 seconds until confirmation.
- Handsfree Mode: If the Handsfree function is enabled (which automatically activates the speaker and mic), it might cause unexpected behavior. To disable:
- Press the relevant key again to turn off the Handsfree mode.

In summary, press the Connection key briefly to exit the current mode and turn off the red LED, and if beeping continues, disable the key sound or check for other active functions like Handsfree.

Would you like help finding the exact key combination to disable the beep?
