Tile Saw BTS90 Assembly 1. Before assembly, ensure that all parts have been supplied. 2. Lay the machine on its side, then attach each leg (A) to the main frame (B) using a M8 cap screw (C) and spring washer (D). Tighten the screws using the Allen key.
Tile Saw BTS90 Operation The machine is for cutting ceramic, marble, granite, and masonry tiles. The cutting wheel is water cooled. Ensure that the direction of rotation marked on the cutting wheel is in the same direction as the arrow on the guard. • Use only cutting wheels recommended by the manufacturer.
Tile Saw BTS90 Mitre Cuts 1. Loosen the protractor knob (B) and rotate the protractor (A) until it is aligned at the required angle (0 to 45°). Firmly tighten the protractor knob by hand. 2. Set the cut width – loosen the cut width knobs (C), then move the protractor to the required setting.
