Always use the provided power adapter. Always use the power adapter provided with the product. And do not use any substitutes. If the provided adapter becomes damaged or misplaced, contact coaXmedia for replacement ordering information. Be careful of overloading. Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords, as this can result in the risk of fire or electric shock. -

SD220 / SD221 Access Appliance Ground the cable system. Be sure the outside cable system is grounded to provide some protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges. If the power adapter’s input voltage specification does not match what is being provided at your AC outlet, contact your service provider or coaXmedia for a replacement.
