    3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3.1. LOCAL LOGIN When operating the device, user needs to have permission certified. Press Enter on touch screen, the login screen will pop up. Use the control panel to enter the required data.  Login Notice: Software is automatically assigned by user name and password, it can be divided into user and administrator privileges.
