    Installing the Foam and Paper Elements Important: To prevent engine damage, always operate the engine with the complete foam and paper air cleaner assembly installed. 1.     Replacing the Caster Wheel Fork Bushings The caster wheel forks are mounted in bushings pressed into the top and bottom of the carrier frame mounting tubes. To check the bushings, move the caster forks back and forth and side-to-side. If a caster fork is loose, the bushings are worn and must be replaced.
