B6. LED blinks seven times, then repeats (IPM Fault: A & E Inverters)

- Purpose: Prevent high current due to IPM Short
- Cause: Damaged IPM (Dead Short)
- Test for a dead short at Point A with a VOM.
- Logic: Compressor is forced off and tries to restart in 20 seconds.
