Light Control
You can set the DUST/PLASMACLUSTER SIGN to OFF when their SIGN is bright.

more than 3 sec.
Plasmacluster Ion ON/OFF
When Plasmacluster Ion is ON, the PLASMACLUSTER SIGN will turn on. (blue)
