TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Unit does not start when pressing power button.
Unit does not start
Water full indicator lamp blinks, and water tank is full.

Room∙temperature∙is∙higher∙than∙the∙setting∙temperature.∙(Electric∙heating∙mode)∙
Room∙temperature∙is∙lower∙than∙the∙setting∙temperature.∙(Cooling∙mode)∙
The doors or windows are not closed.
There are heat sources inside the room.
Not cool enough
Exhaust∙air∙hose∙is∙not∙connected∙or∙blocked.∙
Temperature setting is too high.
Air inlet is blocked.
The ground is not level or not flat enough.
Noisy
The sound comes from the flowing of the refrigerant inside the air conditioner.
E1 Code
Room temperature sensor failed.
E2 Code
Water tank full.
E3 Code
Pipe defrost sensor failed.

Suggested Remedies
Check and reset the power plug. Wait 3 minutes and try to run
the unit again.
Drain∙the∙water∙tank.∙(see∙page∙8)
Reset the temperature.
Reset the temperature.
Position∙the∙air∙exhaust∙hose∙correctly,∙keeping∙it∙as∙short∙and∙
free of curves as possible to avoid bottlenecks .
Check and remove any obstacles obstructing air discharge.
Connect∙or∙clean∙the∙exhaust∙air∙hose.∙
Reset the temperature.
Clean the air inlet.
Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
It is normal.
Replace room temperature sensor
(the∙unit∙can∙also∙work∙without∙replacement.)
Please empty the water tank.
Replace pipe defrost sensor
(the∙unit∙can∙also∙work∙without∙replacement.)
