Selects U.S. movie ratings to lock.

C.E.L.R.
Canadian English ratings.
C.F.L.R.
Canadian French ratings.
DRRT
This television is designed to support the "Downloadable U.S. Region
Rating System" when available. (Currently available only in U.S.)
