Always confirm that this grill is not positioned under the overhang of a house, a garage or other structure before lighting it. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure.

Step 2 (a) Align the hole on the front middle side of cart base with the hole on the door magnet (AA). Insert an M6 bolt (AAA) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten the bolts by hand. Step 3 (a) Loosen the pre-installed bolts on the cart base (M). (b) Align the holes on the cart base with holes on the left side panel (K), then insert the pre-installed bolts into each pre-drilled holes and tighten the bolts by hand.

Step 7 (a) Align the holes on the left door (I) with the holes on the door handle (DD), then then insert one M6X15 bolt (AAA), one spring washer(CCC) and one spring washer (BBB) each pre-drilled holes (b) Repeat the procedure to assemble to the right door handle.

Step 11 (a) Loosen the three pre-installed bolts on the left side of the body(D) allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend, align the holes on the left side shelf (F) with the extended bolts, and then push down the left side shelf until it locks into place, tighten the bolt by hand until secure.

Step 14 (a) Place the heating plates (C) upon each burner. (b) Put the cooking grids (B) upon the heating plates. (c) Place the warming rack (A) on the warming rack support on the side walls of the fire box. Step 15 (a) Loose the three pre-installed bolts on grease pan (U) and leave 1/4 of the bolt's length extending from grease pan.
Step 18 (a) Place the cylinder upon the tank seat of the Cart base. (b) Connect the regulator to the cylinder by turning it clockwise. (c) Screw the retainer wire until secure. Fully Assembled View Operating Your Grill CAUTION Use only the regulator provided. If a replacement is necessary, call our customer service center. The use of unauthorized parts can create an unsafe condition and environment.
Only the pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the outdoor cooking gas appliance must be used. Replacement pressure regulators and hose assembly must be those specified by the outdoor cooking gas appliance manufacturer. Use only 20-pound cylinders equipped with a cylinder connection device compatible with the connection for outdoor cooking appliances. The cylinder must include a collar to protect the cylinder valve.
Checking for Leaks Make 2-3 oz. of leak solution by mixing one part liquid dishwashing soap with three parts water. Make sure control knobs are in the “OFF” position. Spray some solution on the tank valve up to the regulator connection. (See diagram to right.) Inspect the solution at the connections for bubbles.

Care and Maintenance IMPORTANT Always allow to completely cool off before covering your grill to prevent corrosion from condensation. CAUTION All cleaning and maintenance should be done when the grill is cool, with the fuel supply turned off at the control dial and the propane cylinder disconnected.
