PARTS & ASSEMBLY Read assembly instructions carefully before installing the KEGORATOR. Once the unit is laid on its back, the coolant in the refrigeration unit is shifted. The coolant in the refrigeration unit needs to stabilize before the power is turned on. Allow the kegorator to stand in an upright position for about 8 hours before turning on the power.
Tanks & Kegs When you purchase the first keg of beer, you must also have your CO 2 cylinder filled at your local supplier. CO 2 tanks can be refilled at locations such as welding supply shops, party stores, or wherever kegs are purchased. DANGER! CO 2 can be dangerous! CO 2 cylinders contain high-pressured gas, which can be hazardous if handled...
KEGORATOR SETUP: Tap Tower, Coupler & Regulator INSTALLING THE TAP TOWER After installing the casters, place the rubber beer tower washer (A) over the hole in the top of your kegorator. Feed the Tap Tower hose lines through the hole, and line up the holes in the washer with the holes in the kegeorator and those in the base of the Tap Tower.
INSTALLING THE COUPLER/REGULATOR Attach the side spout of the regulator to your CO2 tank. Tighten with wrench. Attach the loose end of one of the Tap Tower hose lines to the top spout of the coupler and secure with a hose clamp. Using one of the CO2 Hoses, attach one end of hose to one of the bottom outputs of the regulator and secure with a hose clamp.
INSTALLING THE GUARDRAIL Place the Guardrail on top of the kegorator and align its holes with the holes on the top of the kegorator. Secure the Guardrail to the kegorator by placing inside corresponding holes. Insert the cover of the drip tray into the base and set under the Tap Tower spout. HELPFUL TIPS • It is recommended that you flush the hoses with water prior to first use to remove any dust and debris from shipping. • Only open the CO 2 Tank ¼ turn to begin with and then use the regulator to adjust to desired pour.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Follow the steps below to clean the keg tap and hoses. (see illustration below) Turn off CO 2 completely before Detach beer line attempting to clean. Remove the hose from the coupler and carefully twist the dispenser faucet off the top of the kegorator.
