2. Installation
2.1. Installing the Imprinter
Install the imprinter as follows:
1.
Turn off the Scanner power and disconnect the
power cable.
2.
Remove the Stacker from the scanner.
Slide the Stacker unit to left until it touches the side face of
cover. Rotate the Stacker unit to about 45 degrees. Then
pull and detach the left arm, which touches the side face of
cover. Slide the Stacker to right until it touches the right end.
Pull and detach right arm. Pull the stacker towards you and
remove it slowly.
You must remove the stacker before installing
ATTENTION
the Imprinter with the Scanner.
3.
Install the Scanner onto the Imprinter.
Hold the Scanner above the Imprinter rear. Gently place the
Scanner onto the Imprinter base while lowering and pushing
it forward until it touches the Imprinter.
Raise the Stacker up as
shown below.

Be careful not to put the Scanner on the
ATTENTION
Fix Tabs or hitting it hard against them.
You may damage the Fix Tabs.

Be careful not to pinch your finger.
After installation
4.
Insert the screws to the Fix Tabs on the rear of the
Imprinter, tighten them to secure the imprinter
with the Scanner. (2 positions)
5.
Connect the Imprinter cable (EXT Cable) to the
connector on the rear of the Scanner.
6.
Install the Stacker removed in procedure 2 above
to the Imprinter.
First, hook one of the arms.
Then engage the other arm
by pushing it gently.
7.
Connect the power cable to the scanner.
