- Page 21 HOW TO SELECT AND CHANGE SPEED Your massager has 5 different speed levels, with level 1 being the lowest and level 5 the highest. After powering up, the massager will automatically start at the lowest speed level, speed level 1. Repeatedly pressing the on/off switch will increase the speed by one level each time.
