Crestron Adagio™ AAS-1/2/4
Purpose
Correction for "The Crestron Touchpanel Interface"
Addendum #1 for 2014056
The purpose of this addendum is to provide correction to errant information within
the original AAS-1/2/4 User Guide (2014056). Specifically, this addendum is design
to replace the material covered on pages 41 through 44, entitled "The Crestron
Touchpanel Interface".
A friendly onscreen menu can be displayed on any Crestron touchpanel within your
home. The screens discussed in this section are a typical example of an interface
provided by Crestron to its dealers. Since your dealer may have customized screens
for you, your screens may differ with respect to presentation, but the general topics
covered should apply nonetheless.
What appears on the screen depends on the size of the touchpanel. Larger panels
have a larger touch screen area thus a designer can display more information.
Therefore, two versions of sample screens are shown throughout this section of the
guide. Those on the left are for large touchpanels (10 inches or more). The screens to
the right are for touchpanels less than 10 inches.
The Music Library page, such as the one shown after this paragraph, provides the
convenience of easy browsing and instant access to all the music stored within the
audio library available on the Adagio Audio Server. The Music Library page is the
first level of browsing; it provides a list of categories (Genres, Artists, Albums,
Playlists, Tracks, Eras, and Years).
