I currently have a Paragon Safe model 775 Deluxe safe. I am attempting to remove the keyhole access cover but don't wish to damage it, any instruction would be appreciated

Paragon 7700 Recently installed. Battery ok. After install, won’t open. Key seems to work but not opening it. Makes the right noises after enter the code but then dead bolt doesn’t turn. Help!!
