    CHAPTER 3: Installation 3. Installation 1. For the 2-port model (AC1056-2), you’ll need two HD15 male-to-male output cables (one of these cables is included) to connect each video splitter’s output connector to each computer’s VGA output connector. You’ll also need one input cable (included).

    COMPACT VIDEO SPLITTERS Appendix. Troubleshooting A.1 Calling Black Box If you determine that your Compact Video Splitter is malfunctioning, do not attempt to alter or repair the unit. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Contact Black Box at 724-746-5500. Before you do, make a record of the history of the problem.
