Problem
The Quva appliance is not
vacuuming air from the zipper
bag
After vacuum sealing, air
re-enters the bag
Air cannot be suctioned from
the fresh containers, or they
do not hold their seal over

Solution
- Confirm that the zipper is firmly closed.
- Place the valve on a flat surface and ensure there is no food under
the valve.
- Reinitiate the vacuum process, applying light pressure with the vacuum
head on the valve.
- Check the zipper and valve for food particles.
- Clean the zipper and valve, and wipe the inside of the bag dry prior to
reinitiating the vacuum packing process.
- Ensure the sealing is clean and undamaged.
- Press the lid on all four sides, ensuring the fresh container is firmly
closed.
- Check the container rim for cracks and scratches. Any gap can cause air
to re-enter the container.
