Pour the contents of the sachet containing the
protective chemical product into the dirt
separator cup.
Screw the bottom cup back onto the top one,
checking that the sealing gasket is correctly
positioned.
After circulating the product for 30 minutes, analyse the quantity of product
entering the solution with the appropriate Molybdenum Kit. Check that the
Molybdate concentration is not lower than 150 mg/l.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE (ONLY TO BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED
OPERATOR)
The dirt separator filter is equipped with a drain plug located at the end of the
glass. Opening the valve allows completely emptying the dirt inside the dirt
separator filter.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE (ONLY TO BE PERFORMED BY A
QUALIFIED OPERATOR)
1.Close the inlet valve
3. Unscrew the purge valve and
remove the magnet
2. Drain the dirt through the purge
valve
4.Clean the metal cartridge
5 Remove the dirt on the outside of
the magnet under running water or
with a damp cloth
DESIGNED USE
The Magneto dirt separator is designed for domestic and industrial use, for
filtering hot water in winter air conditioning systems.
LIMITS TO USE
• Do not use in explosive environments.
• Do not use for waste water filtration.
• For filtering particular waters contact the manufacturer.
• Not suitable for filtering drinking water
RULES FOR CORRECT INSTALLATION
If the system has not been installed in a workmanlike manner, do not install the
magnetic dirt separator filter for any reason.
Before installing the appliance, perform a complete and thorough cleaning of the
system.
