- Die Luftansaugöffnungen am Kompressor nicht zudecken.
- Den Kompressor nicht zudecken.
- Den Kompressor nicht öffnen und an keinem Teil Änderungen vornehmen.
Elektrischer Anschluss
Der elektrische Anschluss darf gemäß der EVU und VDE nur durch einen autorisierten Fachmann durchgeführt
werden. Alle Leistungsdaten sind dem Typenschild zu entnehmen. Alle Arbeiten am Gerät nur im stromlosen
Zustand ausführen!
Inbetriebnahme
Das gewünschte Zubehörteil anschließen. Den Kompressor mit dem Netzkabel an das Stromnetz
anschließen. Auf den Schalter drücken, um den Kompressor einzuschalten. Der Kompressor bleibt in
Betrieb, bis der Drucklufttank gefüllt ist. Sobald der Höchstdruck (8 bar) erreicht ist, bleibt der
Kompressor automatisch stehen. Der Druckwert der im Tank enthaltenen Luft wird am Manometer
angezeigt. Es ist normal, dass der Kompressor während des Gebrauchs der Druckluft in gewissen
Abständen abschaltet und wieder anläuft. Nach Gebrauch des Kompressors mit dem Schalter
abschalten, das Netzkabel trennen und wieder im Fach auf der Rückseite des Kompressors verstauen.
Das angeschlossene Zubehör im Leerlauf benutzen, bis keine Druckluft mehr im Tank ist.
Reinigung und Wartung
Achtung! Vor Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten immer den Netzstecker ziehen!
Die Maschine und deren Komponenten nicht mit Lösemittel, entzündlichen oder giftigen Flüssigkeiten
reinigen. Zum Reinigen nur ein feuchtes Tuch benutzen. Vorher sicherstellen, dass der Stecker aus
der Steckdose gezogen wurde. Nach etwa 2 Stunden Betrieb muss das Kondenswasser, das sich im
Tank bildet, entleert werden. Zuerst die ganze Luft entleeren. Dazu das angeschlossene Zubehör wie
oben beschrieben im Leerlauf benutzen. Das unter dem (vorher abgeschaltetem) Kompressor
befindliche Entlüftungsventil um 2 Umdrehungen aufschrauben. Dabei muss der Kompressor in
senkrechter Stellung gehalten werden. Das ganze Wasser ausleeren und das Ventil wieder fest
zuschrauben.
ACHTUNG: Wenn das Kondenswasser nicht entleert wird, kann der Tank korrodieren. Dadruch
wird sein Fassungsvermögen eingeschränkt und die Sicherheit beeinträchtigt. Die Entsorgung
des Kondenswassers muss gemäß den geltenden Umweltschutzvorschriften und Gesetzen
erfolgen, da es sich um ein umweltschädliches Produkt handelt.
Entsorgung
Das Gerät ist gemäß den nationalen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zu entsorgen.

Intended Use
FIAP profiwork Salmofix , in the following called device has been produced exclusively for processing
of fish and for use at an operating voltage of 220-240V.
The device is suitable for use in compliance with the national installation regulations.
Improper use
It can not occur under normal use and dangers of improper handling this device for people with. From
improper use of our liability, as well as the general operating license expires.

In accordance with the EC Directive EMC Directive (2004/108/EC), conform. The following harmonized
standards were applied:

For safety reasons the potential hazards of this appliance reasons, children under 16 or people
who can not recognize or are not familiar with these instructions, do not use!
Please keep these operating instructions in a safe place! When changing owners pass on the
instructions. All work with this appliance may only be carried out in accordance with these instructions.
With improper handling the combination of water and electricity can lead to serious danger for life.
Operate the unit only if no persons are in the water! Before reaching into the water, always disconnect
the power supply to all devices in the water. Compare the electrical data of the power supply to the
label on the packaging or on the device. Make sure that the unit is secured by a residual current device
with a rated residual current of maximum 30 mA safe. Operate the unit only on a correctly fitted socket.
Keep the power plug and all connection points dry! Lay the connection cable protected so that damage
is excluded. Only use earthed cables, installations, adapters, extension or connection cables that are
approved for outdoor use. Do not carry or pull the unit by the cable! With a defective cable or
enclosure, the unit must not be operated! If the power cord of the appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard. When the cable is
damaged, the appliance should be discarded. Electrical installations must comply with international
and national installation requirements. Never open the housing of the device or its associated parts,
unless specifically noted in the instructions. Do not make any technical changes on the device. Use
only original spare parts and accessories. Only be carried out by authorized service centers. It must be
ensured that all conductive parts (screws, terminals, etc.) are isolated and can not be touched directly!
