4. SPEED CONTROL
5. WORKING WITH THE MACHINE
Caution: Wear safety goggles, ear protection an a dust mask when using the machine.
Ensure the tip is secure before beginning work.

6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The machine requires very little maintenance but should be kept clean and free of dust.
Disconnect the machine from the mains before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaning
materials to clean the plastic parts of the machine. Store the machine in a dry place out of the
reach of chiIdren.
7. REPLACING THE POWER CABLE
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its after-sales service or similarly trained personnel to avoid danger.
8. STORAGE
Store the machine and accessories out of reach of children in a dark, dry place at
temperatures above the freezing temperature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and
30 ° C. Keep electric tool in its original packaging.
9. DISPOSAL
The machine, accessories and packaging should be sorted for
environmental-friendly recycling. The plastic components are labelled for
categorized recycling. Do not dispose of power tools into household waste!
According the European Guideline 2002/96/EC for Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment and its implementation into national right, power tools
that are no longer usable must be collected separately and disposed of in an
environmentally correct manner.
The machine is equipped with 5 different speed
control settings. Choose
setting for the job in hand by turning the speed
control knob (D) as shown.
* Speed setting 1 is ideal for fine detail and
narrow grout removal.
■ Speed setting 5 is ideal for working with
floor tiles and walls
Run the tool at low speed and apply minimal
pressure to remove grout. Increase the speed
and
pressure
as
performance.
Note! Excessive pressure does rot increase
performance
