2.1 Tubazioni di ingresso Nelle stazioni di sollevamento SAR40 il tubo di ingresso va collegato alla vasca con un raccordo filettato GAS da 1 ½“. Nelle stazione di sollevamento SAR100, SAR250 e SAR550 tubo di ingresso va collegato alla vasca con un raccordo in PVC DN 110 assicurandone la tenuta con collante specifico. - Page 5 Led spia “MOTORE IN FUNZIONE”; Led spia “MOTORE IN PROTEZIONE”; Pulsanti per funzionamento Motore in “Automatico – Spento - Manuale; Fusibili di Protezione Motori (13); Fusibile di protezione Ausiliari (14); Uscita allarme con contatti in scambio N.A.-C-N.C. portata 16A - 250V 5.2 Funzionamento del quadro con funzione AUTORITENUTA attiva Le pompe vengono attivate dalla chiusura dei contatti G1 e G2 e continuano a funzionare anche quando G1 e G2 vengono aperti.
- Page 6 Aumentare il valore di corrente così ottenuto di un 10÷20%. Disinserire i selettori (8) e (9) se si vuole impostare un tempo di ritardo pari a circa 5 s nell’intervento della protezione amperometrica. Effettuare 2÷3 avviamenti delle pompe e verificare il corretto funzionamento delle impostazioni In ogni caso per poter garantire il massimo dell’efficienza si consiglia un controllo periodico del funzionamento del quadro e dei valori impostati.

2.1 Input pipes In the SAR40 pumping stations the input pipe must be connected to the tank with a 1 ½” GAS threaded junction. In the SAR100, SAR250 and SAR550 pumping stations the input pipe must be connected to the tank with a PVC DN 110 junction, whose seal must be ensured with a specific glue. - Page 10 ‘FUNCTIONING MOTOR’ indicator light LED; ‘PROTECTED MOTOR’ indicator light LED; Buttons for motor ‘automatic – off – manual’ operation; Motor protection fuses (13); Auxiliary circuit protection fuse (14); Alarm output with N/O – C – N/C exchange contacts. Delivery 16A – 250V 5.2 Operation of the panel with active SELF-RETENTION function The pumps are activated by the closing of contacts G1 and G2 and they continue to work also when G1 and G2 are opened.
- Page 11 Carry out 2÷3 pump start-ups and check that the settings are correct. At any rate, in order to ensure maximum efficiency, regular controls on the panel operation and on the values set are suggested. To restore panel operation after the overload protection operation, remove the cause of malfunctioning and press the RESET button on the front board.
