    Important safety instructions IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS • The cast iron construction provides this product durability and a wide range of uses for both preparing and cooking. • Before using your new cast iron cookware, wash it in warm water with mild liquid soap.

    Using your cookware USING YOUR COOKWARE • None of the enameled surfaces require seasoning before use. • Place the cookware on a stovetop burner no larger than the bottom of the pan. • For best results, you should apply your choice of liquid vegetable oil or butter to the inside base before you begin heating.

    ¼ cup Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter Directions: 1. For the cake: Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C) and coat a Crofton Cast Iron 4.6 Qt. French Oven with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, butter, water and cinnamon. Whisk for 2 minutes until smooth.

    Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (191 °C). 2. Place Crofton Cast Iron 4.6 Qt. French Oven over medium heat. Add oil, onion, celery, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, oregano, sage, and cumin. Sauté until vegetables are almost tender. Remove ½ cup of the cooked vegetables and reserve.
