COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES

ISSUE #1 HOW DO I CONNECT MY MP3 PLAYER INTO THE
COMPUTER & TRANSFER FILES
To connect your mp3 player:
1) Go to your start menu and select "MY COMPUTER".
2) Connect the MP3 player into the computer.
3) You will notice that a "Removable Disk" will appear under MY
COMPUTER. That is the MP3 player (see picture)
4) Drag and drop or copy and paste your files into the REMOVABLE DISK.
ISSUE # 2 WHY DOES MY MP3 PLAYER READS "NO FILE"
If your MP3 player reads no file after you have transferred files into the unit
then it simply means you have transferred an invalid file format into the unit.
Make sure the files are MP3 or WMA non-copyright protected and it is not in
any "FOLDER".
ISSUE
# 3 WHY DOES MY MP3 PLAYER READS "SYSTEM ERROR"
If your MP3 player reads system error, it means the firmware is corrupted. You
will need to reset the firmware on the unit. (See issue# 10).
