  • How do I connect the Qudelix 5K to my smartphone?

    To connect the Qudelix 5K to your smartphone, follow these steps:

    • Power On 5K: Press the BL(Blue Lower) button for more than 3 seconds.
    • Enter Pairing Mode: Press the BU(Blue Upper) button for more than 3 seconds. The Red, Blue LED will blink when the device is in pairing mode.
    • Go to your smartphone's Bluetooth menu: Scan for Bluetooth devices and select Qudelix-5K from the available devices list.
    • Paired: Once successfully paired, you will see Qudelix-5K in the Paired devices list.

  • How long does the Qudelix 5K battery last on a single charge?

    The battery life of the Qudelix 5K varies depending on the codec, sample rate, power profile, and output mode. The sensitivity of connected earphones/headphones and the output volume level also affect battery duration. For example, using AAC 44.1KHz in Standard Mode with Unbalanced 1V Single DAC can provide up to 20.00 hours of battery time, while LDAC 96KHz @ 990Kbps in Performance Mode with Balanced 4V Dual DAC might yield around 6.71 hours.

  • Can the Qudelix 5K be used as a USB DAC with a computer?

    Yes, the Qudelix 5K can be used as a High-Resolution USB DAC with a computer. It supports USB Audio Class 1.0 and works with Windows, MacOS, and Linux without requiring a device driver.   • How do I adjust the equalizer settings using the Qudelix 5K app?

    The Qudelix 5K app features a 64-bit double-precision embedded 10-band Equalizer. To adjust the settings:

    • All equalizer settings are kept and preserved in the 5K's internal flash memory and reloaded at boot-up.
    • Touching the EQ Graph plot window in the app will display the preset menu.
    • You can long-press on a preset to save the current EQ setting to it.

However, it is important to use a standard 5V charger or PC USB only and not a high-speed charger, as using a high-speed charger can cause permanent damage and void the warranty.

I am tryin to install the app from Play store on my S24 samsung , theapplication cratches and would not open, Thee is a message as having a bug tha need to be fix, I just bought the devuce today and I am very frustrated trying to get it to wok
