Go to "System Preferences", "Security & Privacy" and under "General" Click
on "Open Anyway" and follow the software installation process
Enter your Empia S/N which is located on the paper CD sleeve
When complete you will see the message below. Just unplug and re plug the
VC500mac into your USB port
