6.3 Why can't my earphones T6 perform the pause, resume, up
and down song control functions during while music is playing?
This function requires the device to support the AVRCP (Audio
/ Video Remote Control Profile) protocol. If the device does not
support that AVRCP, the protocol cannot be used. For Android
devices, you need to click on the media audio switch within the
currently connected device options.
6.4 Why is only one earphone connected to Bluetooth and
operational?
a. The other earphone is out of power. In this case please put the
non-working earphone back in the charging case to recharge
it and reconnect it once it is charged.
b. There is interference in pairing the left and right earphone.
Please put them back together in the charging case and take
them out again.
6.5 Why when the earphones T6 are placed in the charging case,
the Bluetooth device is still connected?
If the charging case is out of power, the earphones T6 cannot be
turned off automatically. Please charge the charging case or turn
the earphones T6 off manually.
