    General information General information Reading and storing the assembly instructions These assembly instructions accompany this dual arm monitor desk mount (hereafter referred to as the “product”). They contain important information about safety, use and care. Before assembling and using the product, read the assembly instructions carefully.

    Safety Safety Signal symbol/word defi nitions The following symbols and signal words are used in these assembly instructions. This signal symbol/word designates a WARNING! hazard with moderate risk, which may result in death or severe injury if not avoided. This signal word warns of possible dam- NOTICE! age to property.
  • Page 8 Safety − The safety of the product can only be ensured if it has been properly assembled and all connections have been secured. − Children must not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by unsupervised children.

    First use First use Checking the product and package contents NOTICE! Risk of damage! If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp knife or other pointed object, you may quickly damage the product. − For this reason, be very careful when opening it. 1.

Assembly steps Assemble the product following the instructions and illustrations below.

    Assembly 1 Checking the back of the monitor 1. Make sure the monitor is compatible with the VESA plate . Check the back of the monitor for the VESA bolt holes that are either 100×100 mm or 75×75 mm apart. 2.

    Assembly 3 Attaching the anti-slip pads 1. Push out the center of each self-adhesive anti-slip pad 2. Peel off the backing paper and apply an anti-slip pad onto the top part of each clamp screw handle 4 Attaching the clamp screw handles The clamp screw handles can be set in 3 different positions to accommodate desks of different thicknesses (20–100 mm).

    Assembly 5 Securing the product to the desk − Slot the clamp into the desk so that the back of the clamp is fl ush with the edge of the desk. Rotate both clamp screw handles to tighten the product to the desk. Do not overly tighten to avoid damage to the desk. Do not mount on glass surfaces.

    Assembly 9 Attaching the monitor Step 9.1: For 100×100 mm VESA bolt holes 1. For each monitor, use a Phillips-head screwdriver (not included) to screw in either 2 M4×12 mm bolts or 2 M5×12 mm bolts with washers into the top two VESA bolt holes .

    Assembly 10 Adjusting the monitor position − Move the monitor arm at the joints to adjust the monitor to the desired position. − Use the 5×5 Hex key to adjust the tilt of the monitor. Loosen the bolt to angle the monitor up or down and then re-tighten the bolt after setting the monitor at the desired position.

    Assembly 11 Cable management − Feed the cables from the monitors through the openings in the support pole and tuck them into the cable clips to keep the cables tidy and out of sight. NOTE: Leave some slack in the cables to allow the product to move smoothly when making adjustments to the position of the monitor.

    Primer uso − Tenga en cuenta los cables cuando ajuste la posición de los monitores para evitar estirar o pinzar los cables. − Utilice el producto únicamente en interiores. No utilice el producto en estancias húmedas o bajo la lluvia, pues las piezas de metal expuestas podrían oxidarse.

    Montaje 1 Comprobar la parte posterior del monitor 1. Asegúrese de que el monitor sea compatible con la placa VESA Compruebe la parte posterior del monitor en busca de los agujeros VESA para pernos que cuentan con una separación de 100×100 mm o de 75×75 mm.

    Montaje 3 Acoplar las alfombrillas antideslizantes 1. Empuje hacia fuera el centro de cada alfombrilla antideslizante autoadhesiva. 2. Quite el papel protector y aplique una alfombrilla antideslizante en la parte superior de cada manija del tornillo de la abrazadera 4 Acoplar las manijas del tornillo de la abrazadera Las manijas del tornillo de la abrazadera pueden ajustarse en 3 posiciones diferentes para acomodarse en escritorios de diferentes grosores (20–100 mm).

    Montaje 5 Fijar el producto al escritorio − Encaje la abrazadera en el escritorio de forma que la parte posterior esté al ras con el borde del escritorio. Gire las dos manijas del tornillo de la abrazadera para apretar el producto fijándolo al escritorio. No apriete el producto en exceso para evitar dañar el escritorio.

    Montaje 9 Acoplar el monitor Paso 9.1: Para agujeros VESA para pernos de 100×100 mm 1. Para cada monitor, utilice un destornillador Phillips (no incluido) para atornillar o bien 2 pernos M4×12 mm o bien 2 pernos M5×12 mm arandelas en la parte superior de los dos agujeros VESA para pernos No atornille los pernos del todo.

    Montaje 10 Ajustar la posición del monitor − Mueva el brazo de monitor por las articulaciones para ajustar el monitor a la posición deseada. − Use la llave hexagonal 5×5 para ajustar la inclinación del monitor. Afloje el perno para inclinar el monitor hacia arriba o hacia abajo y, a continuación, vuelva a apretar el perno tras colocar el monitor en la posición deseada.
