To playback the recorded video or search for any sensor alarm triggers, when paired with a Gatekeeper Systems DVR, the SV12 utilizes Gatekeeper’s custom video viewing software, “G4 Viewer Plus”. G4 Viewer Plus is an easy-to-use application that allows users to quickly find the video of interest and save as a clip in MP4 format. - Page 6 If you attempt to open it, you risk damaging your product, and such damage isn’t covered by the warranty on your SV12.
