In case of the following failures, please try to resolve them with
the notices.If the problem still exists, please contact our after-
sales service.
• Failure to boot
Low battery voltage makes boot unavailable. Please recharge the
battery and retry.
• No sound from headphones
The volume knob is set to minimum. Please adjust the headphone
volume.
The headphones have been damaged or in poor contact. Please try
another ones
The level of music files is too low.
• Files on TF card cannot be seen
Unsupported music files will not be shown on the player.
Music files are damaged.
• File name without extension
Music files with a".cue" index file will not show extensions.
• Playlist error
Reinsert the TF card for a database rescan.
• TF card formatting notice
TF card damage or unrecognized disk format, please backup all the
files and reformat on the player.
