PREPARING CAPPUCCINO

With this appliance it is also possible to froth the milk necessary for making a cappuccino and prepare
hot chocolate or heat any other drink.
1. Push the steam button (M). The button light starts flashing to mean that the machine is heating up.
When the light stops flashing and becomes steady the coffee machine is ready to be used.
2. Move the coffee/steam switch (C) to steam (forwards).
3. Place a suitable container under thesteam nozzle (D) to collect the water.
4. Just a few seconds are necessary to get a thick and creamy froth.
5. Stop the steam moving the coffee/steam switch to coffee (backwards).
6. The nozzle must not touch the bottorn of the jug, otherwise the flow of steam may be hindered.
7. Important: clean the steam nozzle (D) immediately after frothing the milk. Attention: risks of burn.
8. To cool the coffee machine temperature push the steam button (M) or one of the two buttons for
coffee delivering (N) or (O). The button lights for coffee delivering (N) or (O) start flashing to mean
that the coffee machine is cooling the temperature. When the button lights stop flashing and become
steady the coffee can be delivered. During this operation, it is possible that a little quantity of steam
will come out from the grid; this fact is absolutely normal.

COMME PREPARER UN CAFÉ CRÈME
Avec cet appareil il est possible fouetter le lait pour preparer des cafés crèmes, chocolats chaudes ou
autres boissons.
1. Appuyez sur le bouton vapeur (M). La lampe témoin clignotera pour indiquer que la machine est
dans la phase de réchauffement. Quand la lumière cesse de clignoter et devient fixe, la machine à
café sera prête pour être utilisée.
2. Placez le sélecteur café/vapeur (C) sur vapeur (en avant).
3. Positionner un récipient sous la buse (D) pour recueillir l'eau.
4. Dans quelques secondes on peut obtenir une riche et épaisse crème.
5. Arrêtez la vapeur en plaçant le sélecteur café/vapeur sur café (en arrière)
6. La buse de débit vapeur ne doive pas toucher le fond de la tasse puisque autrement le flux vapeur
vient interrompu.
7. Important: nettoyer la buse débit vapeur (D) immédiatement après avoir fouetté le lait.
Pour le nettoyer laissez sortir de l'eau chaude en suivant les instructions du paragraphe
« DÉBIT D'EAU CHAUDE »
8. Pour refroidir la température de la machine appuyez sur le bouton vapeur (M) ou sur un des deux
boutons pour le débit de café (N) ou (O). Les lampes témoin des boutons clignoterons pour indiquer
que la machine à café est en train de refroidir sa température. Quand les lampes témoin cesseront de
clignoter et deviendront fixes, le café pourra être débité.
