INSTALLATION: Attach the counter balancer hanger to a steady location. Attach a secondary support cable and install it to a steady location. Install tool within the weight capacity to the bottom hook. Adjust tension to appropriate level after tool installation. CHECK BEFORE USE: The hanger and bottom hook are steady and rotate smoothly.
