The JUMAO JMC5A Ni machine could start hammering after 30 minutes of operation due to high operating temperature. Possible causes include:

1. Poor ventilation around the machine—ensure it is at least 10 cm away from walls or heat sources.
2. Internal fan not working or running too slowly—check for a locked fan or replace it.
3. Water in the humidifier bottle is too hot—add cold water.
4. Excess water in the humidifier bottle—ensure water level is between the minimum and maximum marks.
