Remove plastic seat from chair frame by removing one (1) screw on each side of bottom of chair. If chair has arms, only the arm that is being replaced by the tablet arm needs to be removed. Begin by removing four (4) screws as shown (2a). - Page 3 Page 3 of 5 939500539 Rev B...
- Page 4 Look for two (2) rubber bumpers or pilot holes on the bottom Attach bumper on each side using one (1) #10 x 1" long torx front horizontal tube (between the two plastic brackets). head screw. If missing, drill a pilot hole on bottom of front horizontal tube with a NOTE: Because the tablet arm assembly places more weight on 5/32"...
- Page 5 Align tablet arm assembly with side of chair. To Reattach plastic seat to chair frame using the same screws install tablet arm assembly, reverse steps 2a thru 2d removed in step 1. on pages 2 and 3. Attach with four (4) #10 x 5/8" torx head screws.
