To stop the power button from pulsing on your Kitchenware Beautiful appliance, press the pulsing button. This will activate the control panel, and the button will stop pulsing.     Before Using for the First Time 1. Carefully unpack the Programmable Temperature Kettle and remove all packaging materials. 2. Position the power base on a stable, level surface near an electrical outlet. Wind the excess power cord into the cord storage area located beneath the power base.

    Operation 1. Place the power base on a flat, clean, dry counter top or table. Make sure the power base is unplugged. WARNING! This Programmable Temperature Kettle may be used ONLY with the power base provided. The power base may be used ONLY with this Kettle. 2.

    Beautiful Tea Chart Follow this guide to achieve optimal flavor from different types of tea. Steep Times listed are general and subject to personal preference. Steep times vary due to tea leaf size and bud consistency. Small leaves steep faster than whole buds.

    Boil-Dry Protection If the Kettle is without sufficient water, or if the water has evaporated, the safety thermostat automatically turns the Kettle OFF. To reset the boil-dry protection device, remove the Kettle from the power base and allow it to cool for at least 15 - 20 seconds before filling with fresh water and positioning on the power base.

    Descaling Minerals, lime and calcium found in hard-water areas can accumulate and affect the operation of your Programmable Temperature Kettle. Depending on water conditions and frequency of use, your Kettle should be cleaned to remove scale when performance diminishes. 1. Before cleaning your Programmable Temperature Kettle, make sure the power base is unplugged and the Kettle is cool.
