Fitting your headset is the key to comfortable use and the superior Active noise reduction (ANR) of the ET-007. A solid seal around your entire ear and a symmetrical fit across the top of your head are necessary for you to experience peak performance from the ANR feature. -

Eternytime; (i) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Eternytime Product; (j) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Eternytime Product, or (k) if the product is stolen or Eternytime reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities. - Page 8 This limited warranty covers only replacements for defective Eternytime Products, as described above. Eternytime is not liable for any loss of data or any costs associated with diagnosing the source of system problems or installing, removing or servicing Eternytime Products. This warranty excludes third-party software, connected equipment or stored data.
