PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
Instructions for Use
To operate the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER, move the
slide as shown in Fig. 1 until you see "ON". You will hear a faint
sound indicating that the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
is running. To turn it off, move the slide in the opposite
direction until you see "OFF" (See Fig. 2).

The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER is versatile:
1. You can wear it on your wrist or ankle with the
band provided.
2. Or carry it in a shirt or pants pocket, in a backpack,
or in a baby buggy or stroller, by using the clip.
3. Or put it on a table or other surface.
For options 2 or 3, detach the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER from the band, as shown in Fig. 3.

The battery lasts for 8 months (average use 4 hrs/day). When
in the "ON" position, it no longer emits a faint sound, replace
the battery, as shown in Fig. 4. Be sure to deposit the used
battery in a special storage or recycling container, according
to the established laws and regulations.

Pull the slide (a) out and extract the battery.
Insert the new battery in the correct position (see indication inside), and
return the slide and the battery to the original position inside the PORTABLE
MOSQUITO REPELLER.

-Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
-Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the
appliance before being charged.
-The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Care and Maintenance
Do not put the device in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning.
If you need to clean the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER,
use only a soft dry cloth, with no abrasive products. To clean
the wrist band, detach the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
first so that it does not get wet. Use water and neutral soap.
Do not expose the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER to
extreme temperatures.
It is recommended not to use it in places with temperatures
exceeding 122 °F (50 °C).
No refills.
The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER works without
replacement parts, making it more economical to use.
If you are not going to use the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER for an extended period of time, we recommend
you take out the battery.
Correct disposal of the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER.
Properly dispose of the device by depositing it in the
corresponding container for its correct collection and
recycling.
RADARCAN® has a commitment to the care and protection
of the environment. The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
contains electronic components and it is necessary to
dispose of the device separately from the containers where
normal domestic waste is disposed of.
Consult the applicable local regulations agreement on
our website or get in touch with your local health and
environmental protection authorities for information on
your recycling options.
Warranty and extension of warranty
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Register the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER at: warranty.
radarcan.com and you will obtain a five-year warranty for the
product since date of purchase.
RADARCAN® does not warranty a 100% effective
shield against the spread of diseases that the insect
could be infected.
Your RADARCAN® product is guaranteed against
defects in materials and manufacture for the
period of time established by legislation in the
country and/or state of sale of the product (see
warranty.radarcan.com), or for five years if it is
registered, from the purchase date. If any defect
in the product caused by its manufacture or
defective materials appears while under the
warranty.
RADARCAN® will only be responsible for the repair
or replacement if valid proof of purchase (e.g. paid
receipt) is presented which demonstrates that
the day of the service claim is within the validity
period of the warranty.
The warranty does not cover those products and/
or parts of products that are subjected to wear
and tear that can be considered material that
naturally deteriorates over time.
The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to
damage caused by incorrect use of the product or
improper maintenance, or if it has been repaired
or modified by personnel not authorized by
RADARCAN®.
For good performance of the product, the user
needs to strictly follow the instructions given
in the user's manual, and to avoid any action or
use described as undesirable or contrary to the
warnings in said user manual.
The warranty of certain products may be subject
to restrictions, e.g., depending on the type of
material used. You can find any restrictions to the
warranty that are applied in each specific country
or state where the product was purchased on the

Terms of use and limitation of liability
The inappropriate usage of this product could
bring you unexpected results. Moreover could
result in violation of the laws of your country.
This device is not destined to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capacities, or those with no
experience or knowledge of its use, except when
supervised by someone responsible for their
safety. Children must be supervised to assure that
they will not play with the unit.
