    Chapter 1 Getting Started Product Overview Your ATI TV Wonder™ 650 PCIe is an advanced PCI Express TV tuner card that lets you enjoy a superior home theater experience from your computer. The ATI TV Wonder™ 650 PCIe includes the following features: ATSC digital TV tuner.
