Adjustment of ENERGY cross for flying The ENERGY cross can be adjusted in many ways to the individual needs and likings of each pilot. We advise each pilot to take time to get acquainted to the harness. -

The volume of the stowing room was developed by ICARO Paragliders in a way that even gliders of the size L find enough room. Now put the ENERGY Cross on your shoulders and close the hip belt. Pull it from both sides and tighten the shoulder straps (1). -
Page 12: Flight Tipps
Towing The ENERGY cross is very suitable for towing. For this you either need a towing attachment or two screw-in trapeze shackles. The towing attachment is available from specialized dealers and is mounted to the main karabiner with the straps. -
Page 13: Fixation Of The Rescue Handle
Warning: In the case of ENERGY cross it should be the exterior. The black strap of the handle has to be pulled through the corresponding strap at the inner container of the rescue system. - Page 14 Page 14 The packing cords are threaded through the eyelets of the lower flap. Then the packing cords are threaded through the eyelets of the upper flap. Then pull the lines through the last remaining flap (with transparent window). Fix the splint with the now visible rubber bands. Warning: Please remove the cords used to help pack the rescue system!

Page 15 Secure one of the splints with a wire which has a predetermined breaking point: This special wire, which can only be purchased through specialized traders, ruptures at a load of 5 kg. This is to avoid an unwanted activation of the rescue system. -

Maintenance There is also a compulsory time span for harness checks. The ENERGY cross has to be checked every second year by the manufacturer. The aluminium carbines should be changed every two years at the latest as the aluminium might get micro cracks from impacts during use. -
