DESCRIPTION OF PERFORMANCE With their compact, robust design, the CDM 46 W and CDM 63 W provide reliable, user-friendly, professional wet drilling every day on the construction site. The closed core drill motor (water cooled) enables easy overhead drilling without any sealing measures. The careful design of the safety clip secures the core drill in the harsh construction site environment as well as acting as a functional handle for daily transport and simple mounting on drilling stands. - Page 8 1.1.4 The LISSMAC core drill motor CDM 46/CDM 63 is a wet core drill machine and belongs to the device class for stand-guided core drill equipment. The core drill motor is used in combination with water and a diamond tool to drill round holes in stone, concrete and composite materials.

Before putting the machine into service, check that all external fastening elements are properly tightened.

Tools must be protected against humidity during storage. The attached segments must be protected from damage. Note In the LISSMAC sales booklet, the prices for the tools are determined. This sales booklet can be obtained from the manufacturer at any time. 14/30... - Page 15 3.3. Operation Note An approved core drill stand is required for operating the core drilling machine. Drilling without a core drill stand is not intended use and is prohibited! The core drill motor is connected with the core drill stand via the QUICK-LOC plate. For this the mounting plate is screwed on the core drill motor.

TRANSPORT Note During transport the core drill motor must be disconnected from the power mains. Disconnect the power supply cable of the core drill motor from the power mains. Remove the tool from the core drill motor. Remove the core drill motor from the core drill stand. OPERATION The core drill motor must be cooled with water for drilling. -

Depending on the application purpose and area, tools are different. To have the best results, the parameters must match. With this diagram, the optimal cutting performance can be determined. The warranty period for this product is 12 months after date of purchase. During this time period LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH performs repairs or part replacement at their own discretion free of charge, as long as it is due to a material or processing error. Parts that have been subject to normal wear and tear or are damaged due to improper use are not included in this warranty. -
