DISASSEMBLY

When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List in the manual of the power
sweeper 8617409.
WARNING! Drain all fluids from the engine before performing any maintenance to the unit.
1.
Loosen the M6*12 hex bolts on both sides of the cover plate with a 10mm wrench. Remove the
cover plate.
2.
Loosen the M8*20 hex bolt on both sides using a 6mm dog wrench.
3.
Move the tensioner stand (56) away.
4.
Loosen the M8*20 hex bolt and remove the two belts.

  • Page 2 8630055 24 in. Power Sweeper Drive Belts V 4.0 ASSEMBLY Align the PJ620 belt onto the lower pulley and then place the other end around the pulley on the motor. Replace the tensioner stand (56) by aligning the holes and secure with the M8*20 hex bolts and washers.
