EMPTYING THE DUST COLLECTOR/
CLEANING / CHANGING THE FILTERS/
REMOVING THE MOTOR PROTECTION FILTER/
REMOVING THE MOTOR OUTLET FILTER
The filter housing must be re-attached to the lid by turning it in a clockwise direction.
Correctly replace the filter insert inside the dust collector.
The cleaned dust collector can now be put back into the appliance. Use slight pressure to close the dust collector
cover, and this should lock into place with a 'click'.
CLEANING / CHANGING THE FILTERS
In order to ensure the safe working of your vacuum cleaner, the motor protection filter and the outlet filter must be
cleaned regularly. If a filter appears to be very dirty or damaged, it must be replaced with a new filter.
Only use filters designed for this appliance and of the correct size.
Remove the filters and tap to remove the dust trapped in them.
Wash the filter every so often by hand in cool soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any
remaining dust particles and soap.
WARNING! Only place the filter back into the vacuum cleaner, when it is completely dry.
Removing the motor protection filter
Open the dust collector lid and remove the motor protection filter from the filter compartment for cleaning. Please
follow the instructions for cleaning the filters.
Next, replace the cleaned filter or new filter back into the filter compartment and close the dust collector lid.
Removing the motor outlet filter
Open the motor outlet filter cover and remove the filter for cleaning.
Please follow the instructions for cleaning the filters.
Next, place the cleaned or new outlet filter back into the filter
compartment and secure the outlet filter cover back onto the
appliance.
