Internet phone commander

Click "Start", Choose Internet Phone Commander, start using the Internet Phone Commander
software
Internet Phone Commander and Skype are bound together, so Skype will be started up as
well
Input the Skype account and password, there will be two icons shown which means the
program is running correctly.
The first time using the Skype + Internet Phone Commander, you need to set the shortcuts
for the Skype contacts, if you have already set this up, please go directly to the next step.
*How to set shortcuts:
Right click the Skype contacts, choose "Assign Speed Dial", and then input the numbers you
want to set as a shortcut (Skype supports 00-99 shortcuts)
The OUT LED will be on when you start dialing the numbers.
How to dial the Skype contacts: Press "* "+ the shortcut of the contacts + "#".
Just dial the phone number for normal telephone numbers.
For an incoming call, the phone will ring, just pick up the phone or press the answer button.
The IN LED will be on during an incoming call.
Hang up to end the conversation or press the end button.
If the number you dialed is not in use, there will be a sound to notify you.
If you are not beside the computer, the incoming Skype calls can be transferred to your
normal telephone or mobile phone through the software or SkypeOut. Right click the
Internet Phone Commander Icon on the right bottom corner, choose "INPUT - TRANSFER-
PSTN NUMBER", input the numbers that you want to transfer to, click "OK", then double click
the icon in the right bottom corner, choose "√" for "CALL TRANSFER-PSTN"
If there is no RX or transmission audio on the Internet Phone Commander, please set the
Audio properties to:
Skype – Edit – Option – Input/Output facility, choose the USB Audio Device
Remarks
Do not pull out the device too often; waiting 30 seconds after the device is shutdown is
suggested.
Do not exit the device software freely; otherwise the telephone cannot be used to call IP
phones.
Do not expose the device to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
