Destination of use and lifetime Lemi 4 and Lemi Med chair are suitable for ENT visits, dental surgery and implantology, stomatology, ortho- dontics, ophthalmology, diagnostics, minor surgery interventions; Hemo 4 especially suitable for blood sam- ple taking, chemotherapy and rehabilitation.

  • Page 6 2.5. Levelling The chair is provided with 4 adjustable feet that enable to level it perfectly and to compensate any failing of the flooring. The regulation can be done by screwing or unscrewing the feet. 2.6. Power supply The system of power supply must have voltage and frequency equal to the rated voltage and frequency of the power supply of the device and be appropriate to the installed capacity, as indicated on the identification plate of the chair.

We do not recommend the use of multiple sockets (power strip), adopters and patch cords. The cable must not be bent. WARNING! Before plugging in the cable, make sure that it is not twisted or bended and make sure that the protective sheath is undamaged.

  • Page 20 2.5. Livellamento Il lettino è dotato di quattro piedini regolabili che permettono di livellarlo perfettamente e compensare even- tuali imperfezioni della pavimentazione. La regolazione dei piedini può essere effettuata semplicemente av- vitandoli o svitandoli. 2.6. Alimentazione Elettrica L’impianto di alimentazione elettrica deve avere tensione e frequenza pari alla tensione e frequenza nomina- le di alimentazione dell’apparecchio ed essere adeguato alla potenza installata, come indicato sulla targa di identificazione della poltrona.

    1.4 Messages de mise en garde indiqués sur la chaise La chaise a des notices ou bien des recommandations de mise en garde, qu’il faut absolument lire et comprendre avant d’utiliser l’équipement. A côté de la prise de branchement électrique, il y a l’avertissement contre le risque de chocs électriques.

    1.4 Aufmerksamkeitanmerkungen auf dem Stuhl Der Stuhl hat einige Noten mit Warnungsatzen oder Symbolen, man muss diese Noten sehr gut lesen und verstehen. Bei dem Stecker der Eingang des elektrischer Strom, gibt es das Symbol gegen die gefahr von Stormschlag. Bei den beweglichen Teile des Stuhles gibt es die Note “Die Füße oder Objekte nicht stellen”...
  • Page 48 2.5. Gleichschaltung Der Stuhl hat vier verstellbare Füße, die den Stuhl perfekt ausrichten lassen und eventuelle Mangeln der Boden zu abgleichen. Die Verstellung der Füße kann durch eine Abschrauben oder eine Verschrauben einfach gemacht. 2.6. Stromversorgung Die Versorgungsanlage muss Spannung und Frequenz gleich der Spannung und Nennfrequenz des Geräts haben, und entsprechend der installierten Leistung sein, wie auf dem Typenschild des Stuhles angegeben.

    ACHTUNG! Es wird dringend empfohlen, den Stecker in eine Einzelsteckdose aus- schließlich dem Gerät zugewiesen. Wir empfehlen nicht die Verwendung von Mehrfach- steckdosen (Mehrfachstecker), Abgleichmittel und Verlängerungskabel. Das Kabel muss nicht gebogen werden. ACHTUNG! Vor den Netzkabel zu anschliessen, versichern Sie, dass es nicht gebogen, aufgewickeln ist und dass die Scheide unbeschaedigt ist.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 7.1 Bediener Der Stuhl wird von einem Bediener durch die Pedalsteuerung (oder die Druckknopftafel) gesteuert; der Bediener muss sich positionieren, um eine vollständige Ansicht der gesteuerten Elemente und des Kunden zu haben. WARNUNG! Während des Betriebs des Stuhles, muss der Bediener immer in der Nähe der Steuerun- gselemente bleiben;...

    ACHTUNG! Legen Sie sich auf dem Stuhl immer setzend sich korrekt in dem zentralen Teil des Sitzes. Setzen Sie sich nicht oder lehnen Sie sich an der Seite der Füße oder des Kopfes. WARNUNG! Die Gliedmaßen des Patienten müssen immer auf dem Stuhl sein. Der Bediener muss immer den Patienten benachrichtigen, wenn er den Stuhl in Be- trieb sitzt.
