DANGER OF SUFFOCATION GASOLINE ENGINES Exhaust gases of gasoline vehicles contain carbon oxide, a colourless and odourless gas that, in case of inhalation, can cause serious physical problems.
13602-D*A HEADLIGHT DANGER OF BURNS Some of the components in engines (exhaust gas manifold, etc.) can become very hot, as can certain sensors. Remember to never touch these parts. SAFETY MEASURES: Wear protective gloves. Never allow the connection wires of test instruments to rest on or near hot parts. Never keep the engine running after the tests.

When a person touches test instruments or parts of engines to which electricity has been applied, there is always a risk of electric shock due, for example, to damaged connections.

13602-D*A HEADLIGHT 1.5 - SLIDING DEVICE (E) The optical box is adjustable in height through a sliding system made of precise plastic skates moving on an extruded aluminium column. The centimetre scale is drawn on the column to facilitate the right vertical adjustment of the optical box respect to the vehicle headlight beam.

13602-D*A HEADLIGHT 2.4 - ADJUSTMENT Check the bubble inside the optical box to confirm that it is straight. If the bubble is not straight, loosen the handle (see picture aside) and adjust the optical box till the bubble is exactly in the middle. 2.5 - VISOR ALIGNMENT SYSTEM find two symmetrical points on the forward car body(ex: the beams themselves).
