Chapter 3: Control Panels
By checking the "Use Special Gamma" button, the user can
select from several different gamma settings that are best for
his working environment. The Sound & Displays Control
Panel has replaced the Monitors Control Panel on some
newer Macintosh models. The Sound & Displays Control
Panel can be used to select which display has the menu bar,
the "Welcome to Macintosh" banner and gamma settings.
The Sound & Displays Control Panel is shown in figure 3.4.
