  • Page 13 Start the generator in cold weather When the engine is difficult to start in cold weather, press the heater button for about 10- -20 seconds and then release, you can easily start the engine with the start switch. Warm up the engine After starting, Warm up the engine without load for about 3 minutes.

    7. SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE Disconnect load Disconnect the electric equipment from the control panel of the generator. Set engine speed control to stop After 3 minutes of no-load running, press down the stop button (2) ,the speed control lever (1) will automatically return to the STOP position.

    Close the fuel valve lever Turn off the fuel valve lever after the shutdown of the unit. The surface temperature of the generator unit is still high after shutdown, and it can not be moved or operated before cooling down in order to avoid scalding 8.

    ACCESSORIES INSTALLATION You can install the wheel assemblies for the convenience of moving the unit. You may need to prepare the following equipment before the installation. Please install the handrail, vibration reduction bracket and wheel on the base plate and tighten the bolt as shown in the following picture.

    Replace the engine oil Remove the oil draining bolt and drain the long time stored oil. Tighten the oil draining bolt and twist off the oil dipstick. Fill in appropriate amount of oil via the oil dipstick and keep the oil level between MIN and MAX.

    Clean engine oil filter Remove the oil filter, clean oil filter or replace if damaged, and then install the oil filter. Valve clearance (should be conducted by a professional person) Remove the cylinder head cover and measure the valve clearance with the feeler gauge.

    Desligue o registro de combustível do tanque Desligue o medidor do nível de combustível após o desligamento da unidade. A temperatura da superfície do gerador ainda fica alta após o desligamento, e o gerador não deve ser movido ou operado antes de se resfriar, a fim de evitar queimaduras.

TRANSPORTE Para evitar derramamento de combustível durante o transporte ou armazenamento temporário, o gerador deve ser segurado na sua posição horizontal normal de funcionamento, com o interruptor no motor OFF. O medidor no nível de combustível deve estar desligado AVISO Quando transportar o gerador: Não encha demais o tanque.

    ACESSÓRIOS PARA INSTALAÇÃO Você pode instalar os conjuntos de rodas para melhor movimentar a unidade. Talvez você pode precise dos seguintes equipamentos de instalação.. Instale a alça, o suporte da base junto com o amortecedor e as rodas na chapa da base e aperte os parafusos, como mostrado na figura a seguir.

    SUGESTÕES DE APLICAÇÕES As potências de partida dos aparelhos são muito maiores do que as potências de operação. Leia os rótulos dos equipamentos elétricos para referência. A potência total das cargas não deve exceder a potência nominal do gerador.

  • Page 43 Troca de óleo do motor Retire o parafuso de drenagem do óleo e escorra o óleo armazenado até esgotar. Aperte o parafuso de drenagem de óleo e retire a vareta do óleo. Preencha quantidade adequada de óleo verificando através da vareta de óleo e manter o nível de óleo entre MIN e MAX.
  • Page 44 Limpeza do filtro do óleo do motor Retire o filtro de óleo, limpe o filtro ou substitua se danificado, e, em seguida, instale o filtro de óleo. Limpeza da válvula (só deve ser efetuado por profissional treinado) Retire a tampa do cabeçote do cilindro e meça a folga das válvulas com o calibrador de folga. As distâncias são 0,1 milímetros para a válvula de entrada e 0,15 milímetros para a válvula de saída.
