Warranty & Service:
Ricatech BV covers all products (excl. accessories) with a two-year warranty applying to all faults
caused by factory-error. External physical damage will not be covered by our warranty.
Warranty : All hardware errors occurring within two years of purchase, except problems caused by
points mentioned below
No Warranty: Faults caused by:
•Disassembly by any service centre other than ours.
•Water and moisture damage
•Drop and impact damage
•Usage with non-approved Ricatech accessories.
•Short-circuit or over-voltage by using bad batteries
•Physical damage, loss or damage to accessories
What if your product is defective:
In case of a hardware defect, you can return your product to your reseller together with a Proof of
Purchase. Your reseller will return your product to our technical service center for repair or
replacement
Out of warranty repairs:
Please be so kind to contact us for out-of-warranty repairs. We will provide a quotation of
expected costs.
Goods out-of-warranty cannot be returned to the retailer.
