3.2.2 Debug Port Settings ROM-5780 can communicate with a host server using serial cables. Common serial communication programs such as HyperTerminal, Tera Term, or PuTTY can be used in these applications. The example below describes the serial terminal setup using HyperTerminal on a Windows host: Connect ROM-5780 with your PC using a serial cable.
Test Tools All test tools must be verified using the ROM-5780 evaluation kit. Please prepare the required test fixtures before verifying each specified I/O. 4.1.2 Multi-display ROM-5780 supports 4 x display ports — HDMI, DP, eDP, and LVDS (MIPI-DSI to LVDS). Only two ports work simultaneously. 4.1.2.1 Enter U-boot interrupt mode Connect device to debug port, and open debug console. Press "ctrl + c" key before activating the device, wait until you see the following infor- mation on debug console: Afterwards you can input the following command to configure Multi-Display settings.
4.1.3 Audio Test ROM-5780 supports 2 x I2S interfaces. Only 1 x I2S is turned on. The default is I2S0. 4.1.3.1 Use the CODEC of the I2S0 for recording and playback.

ROM-5780 will start sending files when the receiver device, such as DXJ, con- firms bluetooth reception. 4.1.6 UART User Debian/Linux UART/serial port access is through the tty-devices. The tty- devices have different names depending on UART drivers for different boards.
4.1.7 C Switch ROM-5780’s I2C7 is converted to a 4-way I2C9 to I2C12 via TCA9545. It’s a quad bidirectional switch controlled via the I2C bus. The SCL/SDA upstream pair fans out to four downstream pairs or channels. Please note that the devices connected on the I2C switch cannot be 0x73, because the address of the I2C switch TCA9545 is already 0x73.
