Step 3: Turn on the Breakers To avoid electric shock, it is extremely important that the UltraClean is not connected to power during the following steps: Using a 3mm hex key, remove the four screws on the electrical side panel, and remove the panel.

  • Page 19 7. Agitation Switch In addi on to ultrasonic pulses, the UltraClean moves its li ing rack up and down during cleaning to further agitate substances off objects. The AGITATION switch starts and stops this func on.

    Step 1: Pre-Operation Inspections Ensure all users are wearing protec ve gloves and eyewear before opera ng the UltraClean. Ensure the UltraClean is securely supported by its leveling feet so the wheels are li ed 0.2in/5mm off the fl oor.
  • Page 24 (see Fig. 15) and rises to a level between the low and high liquid-level sensors (see Fig. 16). Close the INLET VALVE. CAUTION Step 3: Switch on the UltraClean Do not proceed with opera ng procedures unless DO NOT SWITCH ON THE the main tank is full, and the storage tank is fi lled to ULTRACLEAN UNLESS THE MAIN a level between the low and high liquid-level sensors.

Step 4: Prepare Objects for Cleaning Manually remove any large, easy-to- remove solids from the objects.   • Page 30 C L E A N I N G For the UltraClean to clean most eff ec vely, the tanks needs to be cleaned themselves every 20-40 uses. To clean the UltraClean: Ensure all users are wearing protec ve gloves and eyewear.

    Filter Replacement For the UltraClean to operate most eff ec vely, the fi lter needs to be replaced regularly. The UltraClean has a pressure gauge that determines exactly when the fi lter needs to be replaced. When it does, an alarm will sound.
  • Page 32 Support the fi lter canister with one hand so it does not fall when the fi lter canister nut is loosened. Using the fi lter removal spanner (provided with the UltraClean), loosen the fi lter canister nut (see Fig. 29).
  • Page 33 Fig. 32 Reconnect the canister to the UltraClean: Place the top of the fi lter canister in the UltraClean’s fi lter opening. Using the fi lter removal spanner, ghten the fi lter canister nut fi rmly so water cannot leak out (see Fig. 32).

  • Page 37 T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G Solution: • Check the fi lter. If the fi lter is plugged, replace it (see Filter Replacement on page 29). Un l the fi lter can be replaced, close the half-opened back panel valve (see Back Panel Valve on page 12).

    The warranty period will begin on the date the machine is purchased by the ini al purchaser. The UltraClean warranty defects can be remedied at any authorized service dealer or directly by Keirton. Any original parts deemed to be defec ve will be replaced free of charge. Keirton reserves the right to use any manufacturer approved replacement part for warranty repair.
