03. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.

CLEANING
Unplug the socket from the power supply before
cleaning the machine.
All the head components must be disassembled
for cleaning.
CLEANING THE HEAD
• Clean all accessories that may come into con-
tact with food.
• Only clean by hand since the accessories are
not suitable for dishwashers.
• Use hot water and detergent suitable for do-
mestic use with foods.
• Dry the parts throughly before continuing to use
the machine.
WARNING
The blade is very sharp, it can cause cuts. Hand-
le with care.
CLEANING THE GEAR MOTOR
Clean the external surfaces and the power cord
with a damp kitchen cloth. Always dry the machi-
ne thoroughly before using it again.
WARNING
Never immerse the gear motor in water or any
other liquids! There is a danger of death by elec-
tric shock if the moisture gets to the electricity
cables.
Do not use cleaning, abrasive or solvent products.
These products may damage the machine.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wind up the electricity cable. This ensures it
is protected against defects.
2. Store the machine in a dry place.
3. After drying the metal accessories, cover them
with a fine layer of cooking oil if the machine is
not going to be used again immediately. This will
ensure good protection against corrosion.
4. Keep the machine out of reach of children.

SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES
Use it ORIGINAL PARTS authorised and appro-
ved by Udom S.L. must be used. It is recommen-
ded that deteriorated parts or components are
replaced immediately in order to guarantee
better operation, energy saving and preventing
more serious lack or accidents.
CAUTION!: When you want to dispose of the
appliance, NEVER throw it in the rubbish bin.
Take it to the WASTE FACILITY or waste collec-
tion centre closest to your home for processing.
You will thereby be helping to take care of the
environment.
